The treadmill test came out great. [The doctor] said he had no concerns. His specific words were "Whatever you're doing, keep doing it." :-)
I also just got back my coronary calcium score results, and they are showing as totally normal. So no worries there.
So great news all around. :-) I will go back and keep checking once per year, but it's great news and set my mind at ease.
Many thanks again! As I mentioned before, I'm pretty happy at the new diet and exercise habits I have these days. I definitely feel more healthy than I did in my 20's and 30's.
