I’ve struggled with my weight almost all of my life. I went into this program without much hope because I’ve ran into so many challenges throughout the years. I thought this was just going to be another “diet” program. Another desperate attempt to take control of my body.
It was very shortly after that the weight just started coming off. I clocked in over 50 pounds of weight loss by the end. Even my wife dropped 25 pounds based on PD’s program.
