Work with me to sculpt your ideal physique
I can work anywhere between 40 to 60 hours per week…and I just CAN’T lift for an hour.
On top of that, I didn’t know what I was doing. I didn’t want to keep searching for the right answer.
I got answers for everything. I got a great workout program that doesn’t take that long. You can work 30 minutes a day, 2-3 days per week, and get results.
PD is my main and last source to get my information. He solidified the whole program that I needed. I don’t need to find new people to follow to get information from.
I took this step because I needed the accountability that comes with working with a coach.
Not only is the program simple but he changed the way I was thinking and looking at training. I was working out 6-7 days a week but I wasn’t making any progress.
He helped me make that switch in my head, the lightbulb went off and it was really easy for me to start making progress.
I’ve lost close to 30 pounds since starting with PD, and I’m working out less. I have more muscle mass now. I’m in better shape than I have ever been before, and I’m 41 years old.
Learning to workout differently was the biggest takeaway for me.
Before working with PD, I spent 1.5 hours in the gym, 4 times a week. Now I have a lot more free time and my results are just as good, if not better.
I saved 5 hours a week which I can spend growing my business and spending time with my family. If you can achieve results in less time, why wouldn’t you do that?
I lost 19 pounds in just over 4 weeks, and over 4 inches around my waistline. I cut two holes in my belt! I lost in the right areas and found my arms getting bigger, my chest getting bigger.
It's so awesome to have someone who is "over my shoulder" and such a great resource.
You've met all my expectations and I really appreciate all your content and comments.
I'm so stoked on my strength and energy levels. I'm literally a different person!
My wife told me she took a picture of me at the pool the other day because she couldn't believe the transformation. Cheers mate!
One of My goals from last New Years was 12% body fat, which I crushed with with the help from your program.
Have since maintained that and feel like I’ve got the keys to continue that for the rest of my life
I feel like I’ve been doing it wrong for the last 20 years.
I’d workout for an hour+ a day doing 3 sets of 10, 6 days a week. My left shoulder and knee hurt.
With your plan, I’m spending way less time in the gym, the pain is gone and I’m getting better results.
I feel now that locked into something that I can do for the rest of my life.
You honestly have changed my life. I mean that from the bottom of heart.
